Tommasanne Davis is the Talent Acquisition for MAHEC, (Mountain Area Health Education Center.)  She began her career in workforce development as a college career counselor, then transitioned into career development for Mission Health. That transition led to a new career path in healthcare recruitment, where she has worked since to help find and develop top talent for healthcare positions in our region. She is passionate about helping job seekers promote their skills and experience and find their best fit in the workforce. 

Brian Propst is the Assistant Director of Human Resources with Buncombe County Schools (BCS). He taught middle grades Computer Technology classes for six years and has been in his current position for twelve years. As the county's 2nd largest employer, BCS continues to recruit and hire over 400 employees each year, of which about half are educators. This school year, more than ever, BCS has interviewed and hired candidates virtually, and continues to use many virtual platforms for delivering instruction to more than 23,000 students county-wide.

Tammy Chandler is the Human Resources Manager for the non-profit, Community Action Opportunities.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, and is a certified HR professional with the Society of Human Resource Management and the Human Resources Certification Institute. In her role as HR Manager she posts job listings, screens candidates, conducts panel interviews for each department, conducts pre-hire screenings and conducts the orientation for all new employees.
